Aditua Consulting was founded by Eduardo Provencio, Esq., a long-time executive and expert in the cannabis space.  A lawyer by training, Eduardo served as General Counsel to some of the largest and most esteemed cannabis and hemp-derived product brands in the United States.  In addition to his thoughtful leadership in legal and corporate governance matters, Eduardo led aggressive expansion efforts to introduce the Colorado-based brands across the country, making them nationally known and as a result, making his former company one of the largest boutique cannabis multi-state operators in North America. 

 

As a C-suite executive since the early days of cannabis legalizaton, Eduardo has been successful navigating the myriad regulatory structures in state-legal regimes throughout the country.  His expertise in implementing flourishing cannabis operations in unique regulatory environments is unparalleled.  For this reason, Eduardo is sought after as a speaker throughout the country on all matters related to cannabis business and legal operations.
